[Riza turns on the PCD and immediately we see her with a gun pointed straight at the screen.  She looks a little more unsettled than usual (hey, it's been a hard couple of months, what with being threatened and all) but speaks with clarity.]

You've seen too much.  It won't happen again.  I'm watching you this time.

[She then turns off the feed.]

[The feed begins with a shot of...the sky?  Judging by the darkening light and overcast conditions, it could be anywhere between late afternoon and early evening.  It's a very dull sky, not much to look at.  So why is it on?

Oh yes, there's a voice now.  Some will recognize it immediately, though they'll be incredibly worried when they do.]
